- There shall be a monthly newsletter, which shall be distributed to members at least a week prior to the General Meeting. It shall be called “Growing Pains.”
- Members’ dues shall be $20 per year. A second member at the same address shall pay $16. The name tag is $5. Dues are payable at the June meeting and are delinquent August 1st. Names, addresses, etc of persons paying prior to August 1st will appear in the club yearbook for the coming year.
- As the year progresses, dues for new members shall be prorated for the remainder of the meeting months after the September meeting.
- Persons eligible for membership will be permitted to attend only two regular meetings as a guest. Thereafter $5 will be charged for meetings attended.
- The President will appoint a coordinator for refreshments. Responsibilities may be separated into duties for beverages and for snacks. Each member will serve on the refreshment committee once a year. If a member cannot serve in the designated month, an exchange should be made with another member.
- Procedure sheets shall be updated each year and returned to the President at the May Board Meeting.
- All checks over $50, from the General Fund, shall require two signatures: Treasurer, President, and one other Board member.
- Upon the death of any member; a plantation of penny pines will be purchased in his/her memory.
- An audit will be done at the end of each fiscal year by another member other than the Treasurer.
